You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You will work in close collaboration with regional counterparts and subject matter experts across the business to deliver training initiatives as part of the Global Risk Training Program.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks within the training management lifecycle, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis.Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider People & Engagement team, including the communications team, to collaborate on broader team initiatives.What you offerExperience in assisting with the design and delivery of risk and compliance training, ideally within the Financial Services sector.Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials and the ability to analyse feedback and data for continuous improvement.Familiarity with designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate.Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.Project management skills is beneficial.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us; if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.About the Risk Management GroupOur Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
