About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team and support our mission to deliver outstanding service and care to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and information to support our customers
* Drive customer engagement and contribute to sales growth
* Complete daily tasks in the retail section, prioritizing customer service and maximizing sales opportunities
* Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through proactive selling and merchandising
* Ensure operating standards are followed during retail sales and stock management
* Support pharmacy services to maximize sales and customer care
* Provide solutions and alternatives to customer enquiries, referring to the pharmacist as required
* Maintain compliance with legislation and documented operating policies and procedures
* Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
* Ensure the retail area of the pharmacy is reflecting company standards by keeping the store neat and tidy
* Working collaboratively with your teammates and taking accountability for your own tasks and responsibilities set by your manager
About You
Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and customer service is essential. Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and customer service skills are required, both in person and over the phone.
