Adairs is on an exciting journey to become Australia's Ultimate Home Style Destination. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping Adairs' national visual merchandising direction. This exciting role blends creativity and strategy, bringing our brand stories to life across every store and campaign.
Working closely with key business partners, you'll create visually inspiring environments and ensure flawless execution of national visual merchandise programs, from windows and POS to in-store experiences.
How You Will Spend Your Day
* Lead the rollout of monthly window, in-store and campaign executions aligned with seasonal and brand priorities
* Create detailed visual merchandising directives and category-specific styling guides for national campaigns
* Coordinate the production and allocation of POS collateral, props, and fixtures across the store network
* Work with suppliers and store teams to ensure timely delivery and executional excellence
* Maintain VM training materials, standards manuals and photographic references to ensure brand consistency across all stores
About You
* Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or creative production, preferable within a national retail network
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
* A creative mindset balanced with solid organisational skills
* Collaborative approach and a passion for delivering inspiring retail experiences
* Strong excel skills and have previous experience with InDesign is preferred
