We are seeking a capable and motivated Segment Sales Executive with 5–8 years of experience in sales, account management or customer engagement—ideally within the energy, technology, electrical industry or utilities sector. This mid-level role plays a key part in supporting Secure's growth across Australia and New Zealand by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to a motivated and high-performing Australian sales team. Your contribution will help maintain a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability and shared team success.
What You'll Do
To build professional relationships with identified customers to create growth in Secure business throughout ANZ
Effectively promote Secure's diverse portfolio of products and services to the Australian customers.
Interact with energy market participants and commercial and industrial customers to identify potential opportunities and present them to key stakeholders. Contribute-to and maintain the sales budget and projections as required
Keep management informed about the activities and results by submitting detailed reports
Develop productive interactions and communication with internal and external stakeholders of Secure Meters, ensuring smooth engagement and progress updates.
To manage business processes including forecasting, CRM, customer enquiry, quotations, sales orders and follow up.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering OR equivalent studies and/or experience
4 to 8 years of similar industry sales experience in customer facing role including technical sales experience.
Strong relationship and strategic selling skills
Willingness to travel regionally
Revenue generation skills of sales by successful negotiation and closing deals.
Special knowledge/skills – Selling Electricity products / Energy markets in Australia.
