A leading disability support provider is seeking compassionate individuals to provide quality care to clients with physical disabilities and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and mobility assistance.
2. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients with complex needs.
3. Foster positive relationships between clients and caregivers through effective communication skills.

Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or related field.
* Prior experience in a similar setting providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs is highly valued but not essential for the role. Training will be provided as necessary to ensure our team members have the skills required to excel in this position
