* Prepare and bake a range of pastries, cakes, and/or artisan breads to the highest standards
* Ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods, maintaining exceptional presentation
* Follow established recipes, portion controls, and strict food safety protocols
* Assist with stock management, ingredient preparation, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
* Collaborate with the head baker on new product development and innovation
