You'll build a team, grow a community, and help thousands of people become healthier, stronger, and more confident. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement* Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets* Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels* Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns* Recruitment, training and retention of staff members* Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders* Annual performance appraisals **To be successful in this role you will need:** * Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry* Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills* Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L* Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills **What we can offer you:** A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
