Lead People Strategist
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role within our organisation. As the Lead People Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our people strategy to drive business performance and excellence.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with our overall goals and objectives.
* You will oversee all aspects of the people function and work closely with our Executive team to ensure our organisation's success.
* You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* You will reinforce our employer brand and design internal and external communications strategies to deliver on it.
* You will lead the training and development program, ensuring it is highly innovative and effective.
* You will develop, maintain, and support our hotel teams as an employee advocate, cultural ambassador, subject matter expert, and innovator.
* You will ensure our P&C platforms, tools, processes are effectively managed and utilised to continue to engage and optimise the employee experience with effective reporting.
About You:
* You will have extensive experience in a senior Human Resources role, preferably in a customer-focused, multi-property environment.
* You will be a genuine business partner, with a history of helping achieve the organisation's vision, mission, KPIs, and desired culture.
* You will have the ability to build on our strong foundation and take it to the next level through the execution of innovative ideas – especially in talent management, L&D, and culture.
* You will have a naturally outgoing and friendly demeanour, with personal commitment and passion for providing employee care, growth, and performance.
* You will have a relentless passion to nurture and cultivate a best place to work at all times.
* You will possess strong organisational, task-management, employee relations, leadership, problem resolution, creativity, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
* You will have a desire to constantly learn, develop yourself, and others to help lead the organisation to excellence.
* You will possess strong software and computer skills to include e-recruitment, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
