Actioning e - mails in a prompt manner, including out opf hours,
- Ensuring that jobs are processed correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to customer specification and requirements
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Ensuring workshop open jobs/damage notes/ are kept to a minimum
- Approving timesheet by 12pm on Mondays, including Public holidays
- Liaising, where required, with other employees, customers, depots, workshops and sales teams
- Overseeing site paperwork, specing machines, etcultimately all mistakes will come back to you.
- Discuss invoice disputes and negotiate settlement.
- Arrange hire of plant and equipment to customer specification and meeting the customer's needs;
- Co-ordinate with the transport fleet to arrange for the delivery and collection of plant;
- Ensure effective communication between operations & hire desk so plant items that are required for customers are serviced, checked & repaired prior to leaving the depot;
- Maintain regular customer contact to ensure they are kept informed of breakdowns and stand machines down where nessecary, ;
- Building relationships with supplier/cub contracters, competetors,
- Communicate with other depots with reference to plant availability, plant transfers, and customers future hire requirements;
- Managing in service/out of service depots,
- Deal with stock management/stock levels
- Keep up to date records
- Problem solve any escalated issues that come out of the Service Department
- Communicating with operations on late swap outs/alternative machines.
- Upskilling and reviewing team mebers regularly,.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
