About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Parts & Accessories Specialist to join our team at Hobart Motorcycles Tasmania in Huntingfield, TAS. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in our parts and accessories department.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting customers with selecting the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles
* Maintaining an organised and well-stocked parts department
* Processing orders and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Providing technical advice and guidance to customers
* Coordinating with the service department to ensure the timely delivery of parts
* Participating in inventory management and stock control processes
* Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the motorcycle industry
* Any level of experience in retail or customer service is welcomed
* Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories
* Basic enthusiast level knowledge of motorcycle technical aspects is required
* Knowledge of general motorcycle components and their applications is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and products
* Open to candidates regardless of work authorization status
