ICON Agency now has an exciting opportunity to join us, working on exciting projects across consumer, corporate and government clients. The ideal person will already be an experienced Account Director or someone ready to step up to Senior Account Director level.
About the Role
We're seeking creative and strategic thinkers who can lead social media campaigns from concept through to execution. You'll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including digital, creative, and PR, to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable impact.
In order to hit the ground running we are looking for candidates who have already worked in a fast paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage social media campaigns and communications projects.
* Develop and contribute to comprehensive social media strategies.
* Provide exceptional day-to-day client communication and campaign management.
* Collaborate with creative and earned media teams to design innovative, integrated content strategies.
* Advise on and lead paid social media campaigns
* Leading creator campaigns ensuring best practices and budget management
* Oversee project timelines and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all campaign deliverables.
* Contribute to new business proposals and pitches for integrated social campaigns.
* Implement best practice approaches across all major social media platforms.
* Identify and maximise opportunities for social integration across communications and marketing initiatives.
* Manage and mentor early-career professionals, fostering a supportive environment
About You
* Minimum 6-8 years' experience managing social media communications or campaigns.
* Proven track record of delivering successful, high-performing campaigns.
* A team player who enjoys mentoring and working in a tight knit team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
* Impeccable attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and digital storytelling.
