The role
We’re looking for a Tyre Salesperson who enjoys helping customers and building long-term relationships. This role suits someone who’s confident talking to people, can quote accurately, and can work well with the workshop to keep jobs moving smoothly.
We’re open to:
* Experienced tyre/wheel salespeople
* Tyre fitters or mechanics wanting to move into sales
* Strong retail/customer service people ready for a new direction
Key responsibilities
* Assist customers with tyre and wheel selections (cars, utes, 4WDs)
* Provide clear, accurate quotes (counter + phone)
* Book jobs and coordinate with the workshop to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow
* Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up where needed
* Maintain product knowledge and recommend suitable options
* Help grow repeat business and support the team’s daily goals
What we’re looking for
* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
* Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
* Confident communicator (in person and on the phone)
* Comfortable using basic computer/point-of-sale systems (or willing to learn)
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Interest in cars/4WDs/tyres/wheels is helpful (not essential)
* Tyre industry experience is a bonus — attitude and willingness to learn matters most
