Lounge (Food & Beverage) Attendants
and
Guest Service Officers - Immediate start tomorrow
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a buffet or à la carte setting
Make quality barista-style coffee and serve drinks responsibly
Keep buffet areas clean, replenished, and well-presented at all times
Clear tables, reset seating areas, and maintain a tidy environment
Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival
Check guest eligibility and process lounge admissions using EFTPOS and lounge management systems
Provide information about lounge facilities, flight details, and services
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Your Profile
MUST have 5 star hospitality experience working
Strong background in hospitality, food & beverage, and customer service
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Confident with phones and POS systems (Plaza POS experience ideal)
Skilled barista – able to make quality coffee
Impeccable presentation and grooming standards (no visible tattoos or piercings)
Due to airport security clearances, MUST be an Australian Citizen to obtain an ASICS clearance
