The Business Analytics & Support team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the team. The Assistant Director will carry out a wide range of duties including undertaking research and data analysis, present data in an engaging manner, manage business systems for the branch and analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. This role will manage a small team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow and develop, and presents a great opportunity for someone to contribute to the delivery of ACT Government's recycling and waste management program.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**: Tertiary qualifications in Business or Financial Management or progress towards is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be highly regarded.
**Note**: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Please note, this position is at a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Current work arrangements are a combination of working from home and working in the office in Dickson.
