Our Client:
Our Client based in South Nowra, is a leading manufacturer of vitamins, protein powders, chocolates, and gummies.
They are looking for an experienced forklift operator to join their team ASAP for ongoing work.
We are currently looking for people with full-time availability only.
Shift hours are Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
Who you are:
* Hold a valid LF ticket
* Recent experience operating a high reach forklift
* Experience operating a Counterbalance forklift although bulk of work will be on the high reach
* Have experience in warehousing environment, FMCG highly regarded
* High attention to detail as well as a strong safety understanding and awareness
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Flexible to do manual and warehouse duties as well as forklift work
What you will be doing:
Having previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, you will be looking to join a company with plenty of opportunities to expand on your current skill set and gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of food production.
* Responsible for checking and confirming despatch and goods receipt documents
* Raw material documentation
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Moving products between warehouse and production areas
* Assisting in warehousing duties as required
* Carry out daily checks of forklift
* Following all WHS procedures
* Manual handling up to 25kgs
