Receptionist – Lilydale Medical Clinic
Lilydale Medical Clinic is seeking a friendly, professional, and well‐organised Part‐Time Receptionist to join our supportive team. This role involves a combination of day and evening shifts, as well as rotating weekends, offering variety and flexibility
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
* Scheduling and managing patient appointments
* Collecting, updating, and entering patient details accurately
* Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Processing patient billing and payments
* Performing general administrative duties
* Assisting practitioners as required
This role requires the ability to work independently at times, use initiative, and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience using Best Practice software (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* Professional presentation and demeanour
* Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Confidence working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
