What You'll Be Doing
Enjoying life / work balance as you join our professional, dedicated team. The Social Work department, within which the position will operate is focussed on high level professional care within a very supportive team environment with mentoring and supervision considered a priority. To provide an effective and efficient Social Work service that addresses the psychosocial aspects of care for patient, as identified.
To provide intervention including support, education and resources to people in the context of their bio-psycho-social situation, to assist in dealing with health events.
