Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for an experienced Lawyer, based in Melbourne, VIC, with opportunities for remote work. The Lawyer will engage in a range of responsibilities, including providing legal advice, drafting legal documents and contracts, representing clients in legal proceedings, negotiating settlements, and addressing client inquiries. The role may involve working on matters in areas such as commercial law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and employment law. Collaboration with a team of skilled professionals and maintaining high standards of legal service are key aspects of the role with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis, with attention to detail
* Experience in commercial law, litigation, and contract negotiation
* Proficiency in client communication, relationship‑building, and delivering tailored advice
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal compliance in related practice areas
* Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or within a team
* Full admission as a lawyer in Australia, with current Australian legal practising certificate (2–4 PAE)
* Proficiency in legal technology and familiarity with legal practice management systems is advantageous such as LEAP Legal Software and LexisNexis
* A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and achieving results for clients
