Your new role
* Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service to the department and its clients.
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when preparing documents, reports, and updating records or systems such as Excel, MyQFleet, and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Support the Business Support Team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and analysis, creating work orders, drafting weekly newsletters, coordinating office upkeep, and assisting with fleet management.
* Stay adaptable and responsive in a dynamic work environment, including handling tasks that require moving around the office or nearby locations.
* Uphold a professional attitude, contribute positively to team morale, and support a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
* Take initiative and manage tasks and enquiries efficiently, ensuring they are completed within expected timeframes.
What you'll need to succeed
