What you will be doing
Joining as our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our wider sales team, focusing on converting inbound leads and generating recent business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads into long-term clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and articulating the value of our services.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in line with company growth targets, focusing on key markets and industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, working with senior leaders to align on goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Experience in business development & sales within a digital agency
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and technology trends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, trust, and influence at all levels
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in business development & sales within a digital agency
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and technology trends
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
