Permanent Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
Remuneration: $***** to $***** per hour + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,990 (that's approximately $5,000 extra per year) + Staff Discounts & Benefits

This role is ideal for experienced Administration Officers, Rostering Officers, or Payroll Officers looking for a permanent full-time position in aged care.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain accurate, efficient rosters to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
Manage staff availability, leave requests, and shift changes
Monitor staffing levels and adjust rosters in real time
Support workforce planning and assist with recruitment and onboarding
Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, Awards, and enterprise agreements
Prepare reports on labour costs, overtime, and staffing variances
Act as first point of contact for staff regarding rosters and payroll queries
Assist with budget monitoring and labour cost management
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in rostering, payroll, or workforce planning (aged care or healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of workplace legislation and industrial Awards
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff at all levels
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
