Role Description
This is a contract-based opportunity for an Occupational Therapist servicing Truganina, VIC and surrounding areas, with flexibility for telehealth.
As a contractor, you will:
* Manage your own caseload with flexible availability
* Conduct functional assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
* Deliver client-centred therapy aligned with NDIS goals
* Complete reports (FCA, progress reports, recommendations)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
* Support participants and families to build independence
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, rehabilitation, and care delivery
* Understanding of medical concepts and their application to therapy services
* Experience in providing support and therapy for children and pediatric populations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
* Knowledge of NDIS processes and previous work with multidisciplinary teams is an advantage
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
