About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Producer
to join our Production team and manage a portfolio across
major events, corporate events, brand activations, conferences and incentive programs.
You'll bring strength in planning, logistics, operations and stakeholder management — the person who keeps every moving part aligned and running smoothly. This role blends project leadership, detailed production management, supplier engagement, budget ownership and on-site delivery.
You'll work closely with client services, creative and suppliers to turn ideas into well-executed, well-managed experiences - whether it's a national conference, international incentive program, brand experience or corporate event.
You're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys complex logistical challenges and naturally brings structure, clarity and calm to every project.
Here's a snapshot of your day to day:
* Operate as the lead Producer across conferences, incentives, major events and brand activations
* Manage end-to-end production: pre-production, planning, live delivery and post-production
* Lead logistics, operations, travel management, delegate management and program flow
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key partners
* Attend client meetings, planning sessions, recce visits and events as required
* Develop and manage detailed budgets, ensuring margins and commercial targets are met
* Produce clear, organised project documentation — run sheets, schedules, production plans, briefing docs, C&I itineraries, comms plans, supplier packs etc.
* Brief, manage and quality-check suppliers; set milestones and ensure deliverables hit the mark
* Oversee on-site set-up and delivery as the main point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders
* Ensure accurate set-up across internal systems, SharePoint, finance processes)
* Lead project reconciliations, payment schedules and forecasting
* Work collaboratively across SE Group to support a positive, high-performing team environment
About You
You'll bring:
* Extensive experience in
event operations, logistics
and
production management
* Strong experience across
conferences, incentives, travel programs and delegate management
* Excellent planning, scheduling and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to juggle multiple complex projects with ease
* Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management capability
* Clear communication - calm, thoughtful and consistent
* A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
* High attention to detail and pride in well-executed work
* A proactive, steady presence under pressure
* A minimum of
8+ years' experience
in event production
