Support Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking experienced individuals with recent or current experience in emergency services, military, or security-related work to provide in-person support to our members when they need help.

* A strong network of contacts in the local area
* High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
* Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
* Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
About the Support Position
The ideal candidate will be able to nominate their hours of availability and will be generously compensated for both on-call availability and incident response. They will also assist with stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and providing input to operational procedures and network management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct stakeholder engagement to support our business and operational outputs as directed
2. Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training
3. Provide input to operational procedures and network management
4. Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required to support our network in your area
