About The Role
We are a busy Cardiology and Cardiothoracic unit within Wollongong Private Hospital.
It consists of 24 beds and has high admission and discharge turnover.
The role consists of admitting and discharging patients through our systems, organising patient files, the collection of cardiothoracic data for the national dataset, and working closely with all members of the medical and nursing team.

Responsibilities
Admitting patients onto MediTech, collecting and collating data for the cardiothoracic service, and organising patient files.
Admissions and discharge processes to ensure appropriate bed management and utilisation.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls to the ward.
Providing timely and accurate information to queries by patients, visitors and other staff and departments.
Working alongside medical staff, colleagues, patients and visitors to ensure a smooth hospital experience.
Compilation and management of patient admission papers and clinical notes.

Remuneration
On offer is an hourly salary ranging from$***** - $*****+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
