The Role
We are seeking a Primary Teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a Primary Teacher, you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
You will exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.
As a member of our team, you would leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering engaging literacy and numeracy programs. An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilising various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.
We especially encourage educators with specialised experience and/or training in Aboriginal Education, English as an Additional Language, Special Education, Students at Educational Risk and Early Childhood Education to apply.
