Supporting Individuals with Disabilities
We are seeking caring and committed support workers to provide tailored, person-centered support to individuals living with various disabilities.
This role involves providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, supporting community access and social participation, promoting independence and individual choice, advocating for clients' rights, and implementing client support plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* A current First Aid & CPR certification
* A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
* A Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar
