Desktop Support Opportunity
This position involves delivering technical support for end-users, focusing on Microsoft O365, Active Directory, VPN, Windows and Linux PCs, and SAP Business One users.
Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience in service desk or desktop support, with expertise in Windows server and desktop support as well as M365 administration.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years Exp in Service Desk / Desktop Support
* Windows Server and Desktop Support Exp
* Exp supporting Windows and Linux PC's (ideal)
* M365 Administration Exp including MS Teams, Defender, Intune
* Windows MDM Device Management Exp
* Ability to do DNS look-ups
* Experience providing IT support in Blue collar Industry / environment (ideal)
