Join our dynamic team at Lumus Imaging's call center in St Kilda We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for full-time positions. Answering about 60-70 calls a day aswell as admin /emails, working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5
As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both patients and referring doctors.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently managing and dispatching patient reports
* Assisting and promptly addressing patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support
* Coordinating report variations, validations, and necessary reviews
* Documenting compliments, complaints, and feedback as needed
* Undertaking general administrative tasks to support our operations and marketing departments
* Patient support with our online patient portal platform
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with a strong grasp of Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite
* Outstanding phone etiquette and responsiveness
* Exceptional organizational abilities
* Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality
* Capability to problem-solve with minimal supervision
* Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to follow instructions and take direction
