Finance Manager
We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead our finance function and play a key role in guiding the business towards continued success.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Providing analysis and insights to support business performance and growth opportunities
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory obligations
Managing cashflow, balance sheet, and working capital requirements
Leading and mentoring a small finance team to deliver operational excellence
Partnering with senior leadership on strategy, projects, and business planning
About You
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting skills
Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
Commercially focused, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights
Solid leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Hands-on and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
