Supporting a team of busy HR professionals, this role offers variety and the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the business. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting managers and employees with general HR tasks
- Preparing employee contracts and onboarding documentation
- Manage system access for new employees including e-learning
- Manage probation records and assist with performance review cycle
- Co-ordinate performance appraisals and pay review process
- Ensure all HR documentation is up to date and accurate
To be successful, it is essential that you have experience in a similar role where you have been exposed to a breadth of HR activities. You will be a multitasker with the confidence to liaise across the business as you manage your own workload and achieve deadlines. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified or studying towards your qualification.
This is a 5 month contract role based conveniently in Mulgrave with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
