Customer Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care: assisting with daily living activities, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
* Social support and transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
* Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
* Maintaining accurate records of customer progress and reporting on their well-being
* Providing updates on customer progress following each service
About You:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication
* Able to build rapport and maintain good working relationships
* Comfortable using technology for accessing information and recording customer notes/feedback
