This structured 2-year program combines hands‑on experience, formal training, and personalised mentoring to help you fast track your career into leadership. You'll get exposure to all aspects of bank operations including Call Centre, Retail Banking, Lending, Compliance, Human Resources and will learn the craft of leading a high‑performing team. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a Branch Manager or leadership position.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
* A degree‑qualified graduate (recent graduate or early‑career professional welcome) with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Experience in retail, customer service, banking, or similar environments (preferred)
* A passion for leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Flexibility and enthusiasm to travel across locations in Queensland as part of development and a willingness to relocate when a Branch Manager role becomes available
