In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance for our client.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesImplementation & Configuration:Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to align with business objectives.Payroll Processing & Compliance:Ensure accurate payroll processing in adherence to local labor laws and statutory compliance.Data Migration & Integration:Manage end-to-end payroll data migration activities and establish effective system integrations.System Support & Troubleshooting:Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues related to payroll operations.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support and enhance payroll processes.Training & Knowledge Transfer:Train and support internal payroll administrators and end users, ensuring confidence in payroll operations.Requirements and ExperienceSAP Payroll Expertise:Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with 3–5 full lifecycle implementations.Regulatory Knowledge:Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax laws, and compliance requirements.Technical Proficiency:Demonstrated ability in data migration, system configuration, and integration with other SAP and third-party systems.Analytical & Problem-Solving:Ability to analyse and troubleshoot payroll issues, providing sustainable solutions.Stakeholder Communication:Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management:Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.Certifications:SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification is preferred, though not mandatory.Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
