Where will your next venture in Water Treatment take you?

This role will provide a specialist engineering and scientific consultancy service to support conventional water treatment regional operations throughout the Water Corporation.

This is a permanent full‐time opportunity for a motivated employee with a strong analytical chemistry background to join the Water Treatment Regional team.

This position is based in Osborne Park.

What the role entails:
* Undertake treatment, process and chemistry investigations and provide advice across the business for
* Undertake remote and site‐based support for conventional water treatment plants
* Provide support in the planning and execution of process commissioning activities for new, upgrade, modified or incident deployed water treatment assets
* Review of conventional water treatment plant performance
* Contribute to the implementation of water treatment research and development initiatives
Key skills and experience:
* A tertiary qualification (Degree level or higher) in a relevant scientific or engineering field
* Knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies
* Technical and scientific report writing skills and preparation of standards and procedures
* Demonstrated computing skills and knowledge of the use of water quality databases (e.g. WQMS, ODSS, etc.) and the Microsoft suite of applications
* Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
