Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Fitter to repair and maintain top-tier diesel engines and heavy machinery.
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of large-scale mobile mining equipment as per our company’s documentation.
* Complete general maintenance tasks, breakdowns, services, and component change-outs with the highest level of quality.
* Source technical information from relevant manuals, OEM systems, and computer-based documentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
* Conduct regular inspections to maximize equipment utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Diesel Fitting or equivalent trade certification.
* Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
* Experience in General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Component Change-outs, and Servicing of Heavy Earth Moving Equipment.
* Demonstrated experience with Liebherr and CAT Heavy Earth Moving equipment.
