Job Description:
As a Learning and Development Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering colleagues to achieve their full potential.
This position is responsible for ensuring that training materials are current, accessible, and aligned with organizational updates and business processes.
* Deliver inductions, workshops, and e-learning sessions for internal systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
* Conduct regular drop-in sessions and full-day training for Service Coordinators, and assist with L&D induction and administrative tasks.
* Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and system administrators to ensure that training content is accurate and up-to-date.
* Review and update training materials based on feedback and recurring issues, ensuring alignment with business processes.
* Conduct roadshow visits to community teams for in-person training and contribute to reporting on training effectiveness.
