Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

Responsibilities
* Drive communication and alignment of business goals, priorities, and leadership messaging across the organization.
* Develop and lead process improvement initiatives supporting hiring, onboarding, and organizational health programs.
* Lead and execute cross-organizational strategic initiatives and change management efforts.
* Drive execution of the Rhythm of Business, including business reviews, planning cycles, resource management, budget forecasting, staff meetings, and reporting.
* Execute business plans to ensure continuity and operational effectiveness.
* Establish and implement best practices for business operations planning and execution.
* Partner with leadership, HR, Finance, Administration, and stakeholders to manage strategic and special projects.
* Lead fiscal year planning and priority-setting processes in collaboration with the leadership team.
Should Have
* Experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware engineering, or technology-driven organizations.
* Exposure to large-scale enterprise or cloud environments.
* Experience driving culture initiatives and organizational health programs.
* Strong analytical and business reporting skills.
