The Roles
Room Leader
* Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care
* Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework
* Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Support best practice, compliance and continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and leadership team
Assistant Educators
* Support the delivery of quality early learning programs
* Create nurturing, inclusive learning environments
* Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and the wider team
* Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Participate in ongoing professional development
About You
To be successful in either role, you will have:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved qualification)
* Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, NQS and EYLF
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
Essential Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
* Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* Food Handling Certificate
