About the Role
The Concierge at EVT HQ is the welcoming face of the building, delivering a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience for team members, visitors, and Edge Serviced Office tenants. This is a full‑time onsite role, Monday to Friday, supporting both front‑of‑house service and daily building operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome as the EVT brand ambassador
* Manage visitor arrivals and departures, including announcements, escorting, refreshments, transport, and general assistance
* Support Edge Serviced Offices by issuing swipe cards, directing tenants and visitors, and resolving access issues
* Answer and direct calls across Australia and New Zealand as the "voice of EVT"
* Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries, and dispatch for EVT HQ and Edge Offices
* Manage Edge meeting room bookings and liaise with the Edge reception team
* Assist with building operations and act as a Fire Warden during drills and emergencies
* Maintain consumables such as coffee, tea, milk, and supplies across all floors
* Oversee towel deliveries and returns with QT Hotels to ensure smooth supply
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for interacting with people
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to stay one step ahead
* Calm, composed, and solutions‑focused during busy or changing situations
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service in every interaction
* Experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, guest services, or customer service is highly regarded
