Process Implementation and Change is a vital function of HSBC IWPB helping to achieve global and local strategic goals through project delivery. The team consists of Business Analysts, Testing, and Change Management, and works on projects to improve efficiencies and sustainability within IWPB.
As a Senior Business Test Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across divisions, as well as the Transformation and Technology team. You will be responsible for improving testing capabilities, building relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders, and performing efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Work in an Agile scrum team to deliver customer experience projects.
* Build effective working relationships with analysis and design teams.
* Create, follow a test strategy and publish test execution reports.
* Follow all processes in place for verification testing.
* Identify any gaps in testing by reviewing post implementation issues.
