Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Melbourne, focusing on premium agribusiness assets. As a senior sales executive, you will develop and implement sales strategies for agricultural operations, including grains, sheep/wool, wine/vineyards, permanent plantings, seasonal horticulture, beef, and intensive livestock assets.
Main Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns for assets
* Preparing client reports and attending client meetings
* Preparing marketing submissions while ensuring brand compliance
* Working closely with the national director and agribusiness team to deliver successful sale strategies
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and maintaining high presence in the marketplace
Requirements
* Previous sales experience in rural property sales or advisory
* Current WA real estate license (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* The ability to write sales and marketing strategies and client reports
* A property or agricultural science related degree (advantageous)
