Salary range of $75K - $85K plus super (neg)
We are currently seeking an experienced QLD Conveyancer to join this new growing law firm based in Birkdale. You'll have a down to earth yet professional approach when liaising with clients, ensuring all parties are kept in the loop throughout the process. Outstanding customer service and communication skills are expected here.
The Role
* Managing conveyancing files from A to Z
* Preparing and drafting contracts
* Processing contracts to settlement, ideally be proficient with PEXA
* Conducting searches and enquires
* Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders
About You
* You are careful and thorough with your work, and care about the law and keeping across things as they change
* Are precise with their work
* Really care about high quality customer service and the client experience
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Genuinely loves working with people and working as part of a team towards everyone's success
