Your Role: You’ll play a pivotalrole in delivering compassionate, client-centred support within atrauma-informed framework. Your responsibilities will includeproviding social engagement, mentoring, transportation, andsupervision to the young people in our care.
You will implementclinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers,therapeutic providers, and clinical staff, to help create andmaintain a safe, positive and therapeutic environment. This is arewarding prospect to make a genuine difference in youngpeople’s lives, supporting their journey towards, healing,independence, and a brighter future.
What you need to be successful in your role
- A Diploma in Community Services orotherrelevant Diploma
- Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practiceand therapeutic care
- Resilience, patience and at times a sense of humour allrolled into one
- Availability for a varietyof shifts including weekendand sleep over shifts
- Genuine desire and commitment to be the difference in youngpeople’s lives
