Key Responsibilities
* In conjunction with management, develop strategies to grow revenue as well as build and manage our team of Sales Traders
* Achieve assigned team and personal sales targets
* Engage and collaborate with management to ensure appropriate buy-in, collaboration, alignment and execution of sales strategies
* Promote and ensure Sales Trader excellence across the team
* Creation of sales tools and development of sales dashboards
* Produce reports and manage team KPI's whilst identifying areas of improvement and implementing successful strategies for growth
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and services to deliver the best outcome for clients
* Develop and promote a growth mindset across the team, coach and support Sales Traders, create and deliver sales skills development training
* Entertain High Profile clients
Requirements
* Proven track record of successful sales strategies in a sales cycle, preferably (but not essential) in the financial services industry.
* Experience mentoring sales teams of varying roles and skill set
* Knowledge of compliance / regulatory requirements relevant to financial services
* Experience in selling financial services products
* Strategic leadership skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong Business acumen
* Strong relationship management skills; ability to manage external/internal relationships and senior stakeholders
* Proven negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
