Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of educators, ensuring the effective and efficient management of daily operations.
* Oversee the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and programmes to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of children.
* Manage staffing, including training, performance management and professional development.
* Engage with families and the local community to build strong partnerships and promote services.
* Maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing for children, families and staff.
What We Are Looking For:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a centre management or senior leadership role within the early childhood education sector.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and other relevant regulations and legislation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* A proven track record in financial control within a childcare setting.
