We're looking for a passionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse who is committed to supporting people to live with dignity, autonomy, and connection. Working in partnership with individuals, families and the broader care team, your role will provide tailored practical assistance so people can live independently in their homes and access their community.
Availability & Transport
Available for shifts starting between 7am to 11am (minimum 4 hours), Monday to Friday. Flexibility to extend hours is also required.
Need a reliable vehicle; may be required to transport clients during your shift.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and lifestyle support.
* Assist with medications and support in line with client care plans.
* Assist with appointments, outings, shopping and social activities.
* Encourage independence and promote community inclusion.
* Support with mobility, meal preparation, and use of assistive equipment.
* Document care provided and maintain professional standards and boundaries.

Requirements
* Diploma of Nursing (Division 2 - Enrolled Nurse).
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current CPR certificate.
* Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with insurance.
* Availability for minimum 4-hour shifts between 7am–11am (Monday to Friday).
* Previous experience caring for people with Spinal Cord Injury, Acquired Brain Injury or Complex Care Paediatrics.
* Strong understanding of safe manual handling and client mobility supports.
* Highly motivated and goal-focused with excellent time management.
