A new opportunity to join the Serco team. The role requires robust attention to detail and the ability to maintain and manage various databases. We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support our Operations team to assist in delivering essential services.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will provide a high level of efficient administrative support to the Operations team, supporting its day-to-day payroll and office administration. These activities include managing the time sheeting process, filing, and transcribing timesheets for invoicing, recording, and filing all approved reimbursable expenses, assisting with office administration work and other duties to help the Contract manage and allocate its resources efficiently. You will be well supported by a supportive leadership team within an environment that fosters precision, quality, and compliance.
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and engaging relationships with the immediate team, internal and external stakeholders. You will work with a high performing Serco management team to deliver essential support on this continually evolving service.
For this reason, we are seeking a motivated and organised Finance Administrator with strong administration and Excel skills who can manage and utilise their effective communication skills.
