The Role
They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Digital Asset Management (DAM) transformation project within a complex retail environment.
In this role you'll step into a fast-moving program environment, work across multiple stakeholder groups and drive successful delivery across a highly connected digital ecosystem by managing structure and governance.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery across a complex digital ecosystem
* Coordinating delivery activities between internal teams and vendors
* Driving project governance, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication
* Supporting data extraction and migration activities from existing systems
* Managing competing priorities across business and technical teams
* Creating momentum, clarity and accountability across delivery streams
* Ensuring alignment across connected digital platforms including DAM, eCommerce, CRM and related applications
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone comfortable operating within ambiguity while still maintaining strong delivery discipline and stakeholder confidence.
This is a daily rate contract role with an initial 10 month contract which may extend.
What You Bring to The Role
To be successful in this position, you will bring a strong blend of digital project delivery expertise, retail industry experience and the ability to lead within complex, fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager delivering complex technology programs
* Strong retail industry experience is essential
* Experience delivering projects across digital platforms including DAM, eCommerce, CRM and connected digital applications
* Experience working within complex systems integration environments
* Experience working on data migration and system modernisation initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to bring structure and organisation to fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
* Strong commercial, delivery and governance capability
* Confidence operating across both business and technical stakeholder groups
* Experience working within agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel and Kanban boards
* Exposure to SAP, Figma and connected platform integrations highly regarded
Most importantly, you are someone who can comfortably navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and drive delivery outcomes within a busy retail environment.
