Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Assist customers with the financing process and necessary paperwork.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Understand monthly performance objectives and form strategies to achieve them.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
